Eric Berry, MDiv, CLC, CMC
Certified Life Coach | Certified Mindset Coach
Hi, I’m Eric Berry, a Certified Mindset Coach / Certified Life Coach at Berry Wellness Group. I often work with people who are carrying a lot internally and want space to reflect, sort things through, and move forward with intention.
My approach to coaching is practical and future-focused. I help clients slow things down, gain clarity, and move forward with greater confidence and steadiness during periods of stress, transition, or important decision-making. In addition to coaching, I offer neurofeedback sessions for clients who are looking to support focus, emotional regulation, and nervous system steadiness. Neurofeedback can complement coaching by helping the brain practice more balanced patterns while we work on clarity and forward movement.
Before becoming a coach, I spent years in pastoral work and completed a Master of Divinity. That experience shaped the way I listen and support people through complex seasons, emphasizing respect for values, careful reflection, and walking alongside others during times of uncertainty. My coaching is inclusive and not tied to any specific belief system, while remaining open to conversations around meaning and life direction when those are important to a client.
I also bring more than 17 years of experience as an international trade consultant, working in complex, high-stakes environments. While coaching is not consulting, this background helps me remain steady with complexity and support clients as they think clearly about choices that matter. At Berry Wellness Group, my role is to help evoke meaningful awareness, turn insight into action, and support lasting momentum.
